Hmmm, so many choices. Here's a few off the top of my head:

Rain Beetle (so cute!)
Ruby Djinn (though we can have those, in a way)
Roaring Ether (can you tell I love Vabbi?)
Charr Hunter Beast (these guys are awesome)
Shiro'ken Mesmer (like a phoenix, but better)
Graven Monolith (shapeshifting runed critter ftw!)
Storm Jacaranda ('cause it's an awesome flying zappy plant and all)

I really like Heket or Frogmen. The Frogmen have that annoying jump attack and that could be a plus in battle.

All bosses and overpowered boss-like foes aside, I definitely want an afflicted bull: http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Afflicted_Bull

From the heinous look to the rolling, throaty bellow, they just ooze terror. Also pus. Imagine hearing that thing at the other end of a dark alley.

Gwen.
She would turn hostile when you try to charm her.
Then she would immediately come to your heel once you charmed her.
Of course, she would slap everyone but you if she is in agressive mode.

Yes, that's the monster I would charm.

But do you notice how the adult version is only really effective and has a natural buff one week out of four?

Haha I just pictured a break dance fighting char.

I'd make a monster that could blow itself up either as a final attack or after it dies as a sort of April Fools joke.
